I bought a set on amazon that was just awful (not from this seller) from a mass produced seller.. This was just what I needed sturdy, heavy duty but easy to use.. I work and travel every week to most of my communication is on my phone which has caused so much that pain in my hands started to become and issue and this is helping already!

Setup & use
Step 1Slip your fingers through
Slide three fingers of your holding hand through the rings, with the lip toward the phone.
Step 2Rest the phone on the lip
Rest the bottom edge of the phone on the lip and hold it as normal. The grip takes the weight off your pinky.
Step 3Use it as a stand
Set the grip down on a flat surface with the phone leaning back on it for videos and calls.
